Delivery and format
The pack is delivered by email shortly after purchase. You will receive all files in editable Word and Excel format. There is no physical shipping and no subscription — it is a one-time digital purchase.
The policy and procedure templates and other documents are in editable Microsoft Word format (.docx). The forms, registers, logs workbook and risk framework spreadsheet are in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx). You do not need any specialist software beyond Microsoft Office or a compatible application.
Yes. The templates are starting points. You should tailor each document to reflect your organisation's name, services, team structure, service area and specific operational practices before using them. The tailoring guide included in the pack helps you do this systematically.
No. This is a one-time purchase. There are no ongoing fees, subscriptions or licence costs. Once you have the files, they are yours to use.
